The OPA will review and consider all comments received. The OPA will hold a teleconference where a summary of the feedback received during the comment period will be presented.  The date and time of the teleconference will be provided shortly.

To prepare for the launch of the ATF in 2014, the OPA is pleased to release the Aboriginal Transmission Fund (ATF) Rules in draft for comment.

The draft ATF rules were developed to reflect the August 25, 2026 ministerial direction and the OPA welcomes comments on these draft ATF Rules from all interested parties.  Feedback must be received by the OPA no later than April 22, 2026 to ensure it is reviewed and considered.
