Costs in this category are for determining the design and plans for your project. This is where the bulk of your project research is done.
 

The costs will be relatively low for a small rooftop solar project, whereas the costs for a wind or waterpower project will vary widely. Costs will be affected by site availability, site complexity and access, testing for wind or water flow, environmental assessment requirements, etc.

A portion of your project costs may be recoverable through the Aboriginal Renewable Energy Fund.
