Education and Capacity Building Program now Accepting Proposals

The Winter 2015 Call for Proposals is now open and accepting proposals for the Winter 2015 Call for Proposals until December 18, 2025 at 12:00 pm (EST). The ECB Program will support initiatives in the following four main categories:

1.      Supporting transmission to help prepare communities participating in community connection and transmission projects;

2.      Development of methods, strategies or practices for participation in energy projects;

3.      Capacity building and skills development of staff and/or community members; and

4.      Open category for unique and innovative initiatives that fill a gap in the sector.
