Capital costs of construction and commissioning generally include all of the project costs involved in getting a project to the stage where it is ready for commercial operation.

Costs in this category generally include generating equipment, grid interconnection and grid upgrades required to connect to the grid. These costs also could include construction supervision and inspection costs and carrying out final equipment specifications and negotiations. The amount of capital costs will be determined by the size of the project, proximity to transmission, availability of skilled labour, etc.
 

These costs can be paid for over the useful life of the facility once your project is built and commissioned.
